Refund policy

At Lil Dragon Vault, we want you to be delighted with every purchase.
If you’re not satisfied, please review our return and refund terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags/labels intact.

Certain items such as personal grooming devices (trimmers, epilators) are eligible only if unopened for hygiene reasons.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous video of the package being opened is required for any return or refund claim.

The video must show the outer packaging, shipping label, and the full unboxing process to validate damages, missing items, or defects.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.

Gift cards, perishable goods, and items damaged due to customer misuse.

4. Return Process

Email us at lildragonvault@gmail.com  within 3 days of delivery, attaching the unboxing video and order details.

Our team will review the video and respond within 2 business days with approval or further instructions.

If approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner or provide the return address.

5. Refunds

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval of the refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are processed to the customer’s bank account or as store credit.

6. Replacement

If a replacement is preferred and stock is available, we will ship the replacement once the returned item passes inspection.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the mandatory unboxing video.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days of approval, check with your bank/credit card company first.
