Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations from the date of shipping.

Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

Shipping Charges

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Orders below ₹999 incur a flat ₹49 shipping fee.

Cash-on-Delivery (COD) service may include a small extra charge if enabled.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen factors (weather, courier delays, festivals) may extend delivery.

We will inform you promptly if a significant delay occurs.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.

Lil Dragon Vault is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship within India only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lildragonvault@gmail.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
